Caroling in the Park/Winter Solstice

After some discussion over the years about a winter event, this seemed like the year to try it. Simple, short and efficient, we put up lights with firepit for decor. A local choir led the carols and FoOP paid $100. Volunteers donated hot chocolate, cider and smores’ and snacks. The event was great fun with around 60 attendees. The consensus that this should become an annual event and a way to give back to our neighborhood in thanks for all their support.
